Welcome, and thank you for being interested supporting your coachees through LeadershipMaturity.ai's reports! This assessment has four parts.
The setting of this assessment is meant to simulate a real coaching session; thus it has certain built-in limitations. It is to be completed sequentially, without going back to edit previous responses. The assessment is timed - the timer starts after you have completed payment (or entered your promo code). Aim to finish in an hour or less to avoid invalidation due to timeout. Do not look up information in the background. Do not close nor minimize your browser as your progress & payment will be lost (this is to prevent cheating by looking up answers). Make sure you close (or set to 'do not disturb') all other apps with notifications (e.g. email) which could background your browser and invalidate your progress.
Note: Your input on this page is not part of the assessment (it is only used when matching and recommending potential clients). It is not yet timed, and it allows minimizing the browser to look up information. Please upload your LeadershipMaturity.ai PDF report to continue (if you haven't already, you can take the test here)
Please indicate your predominant stage (only the number, e.g. 3/4):
Which coaching credential(s) / accreditation(s) do you currently hold?: Format: [Name of Accreditation] ([Training Institution], [Year of certification]) Example: ICF PCC (The Coaching Centre, 2016)
Please enter the website of the institute or program where you received your training(You may minimize / background your browser in this step to look up this information; but not in subsequent steps):
Please enter the coaching methods and tools you are trained in:
If you are interested in joining our coach network (and give us permission to recommend you to clients), please enter your email address, and give consent to be contacted: I consent to being contacted when coachees match my profile (you can decline or opt out at any time)
To proceed, kindly finalize your payment of 150 €
In case you have a promo code (leave empty otherwise):
4. For each match maturity indicator below, name a famous individual embodying it well. Don't use the same person more than twice.
5. Match maturity indicators to practices that could support them by rearranging them to be in the same row.
For example, [Socratic Questioning] could support the nuanced thinking aspect of [Cognitive Complexity and Perspective-Taking] - these belong in the same row. To rearrange maturity indicators and practices, press and hold+drag to the desired position, then release to place.
6. Clearly and concisely explain the practice of Active Listening: record your voice explaining this practice (max. one and a half minutes). It's okay if your explanation covers only the few most important aspects; it doesn't have to be comprehensive, given the time limit. Please grant microphone access if asked by your browser.
7. Guide a practice of Body Scanning: record your voice guiding an imaginary coachee unfamiliar with this practice (max. one and a half minutes) - directly starting the practice without explanation.
8. Please briefly explain what growth levers are to a coachee who has seen their report, but is unfamiliar with LeadershipMaturity.ai's system (max. one and a half minutes).
9. Based on the response below, identify the least mature maturity indicators. The response demonstrates several relatively mature aspects but also includes less mature aspects that may benefit from coaching in one or more maturity indicators. Indicate these least mature indicators below. Teams... are a curious structure, meant to blend talents and perspectives, yet in reality, they rarely fulfill this promise. I notice that people become entrenched in their biases, bringing personal grievances into what should be objective work. Many seem incapable of handling even basic feedback without defensiveness or, worse, outright hostility. While I strive to consider all viewpoints and integrate meaningful insights, I’m frequently left navigating the mess of unchecked egos and divisive attitudes. It’s baffling that so many fail to see beyond their own immediate impulses, often leading to unnecessary friction. For me, collaborating often feels like navigating a labyrinth of unspoken conflicts, and it’s tempting to simply work alone where I can think freely and pursue meaningful goals without being impeded by others.

11. Based on the response below, identify the least mature maturity indicators. The response demonstrates several relatively mature aspects but also includes less mature aspects that may benefit from coaching in one or more maturity indicators. Indicate these least mature indicators below. I dream about... building an extraordinary legacy, one that people will remember long after I’m gone. I envision myself overcoming the limitations society has placed on me, surpassing the narrow definitions others impose and instead crafting a life that’s driven by my personal values and profound understanding of what the world truly needs. I see my life unfolding as a story of triumph, where I break through boundaries and leave behind something no one else could have achieved. My contributions will redefine the standards in my field, and I’ll be remembered not just as a part of the system, but as someone who reshaped it entirely. I see others recognizing my efforts, knowing that my work is something rare, invaluable.

13. Based on the response below, identify the least mature maturity indicators. The response demonstrates several relatively mature aspects but also includes less mature aspects that may benefit from coaching in one or more maturity indicators. Indicate these least mature indicators below. When it comes to organizing my time... I make sure to do things that match who I really am. And I've spent a lot of time getting to know who that is. Every day has its own beat, and I know the steps by heart. They are right for me. When others suggest other ways, I thank them but stick to what works for me. I've noticed that sticking to my own path makes me feel peaceful. There's lots of stuff we can't change in the world, but I know what works for me.
